Student Conduct

Payment and Refunds

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. We offer:

• Secure payment processing through trusted providers
• Payment plans for qualifying courses
• Refunds within 14 days of enrollment for online courses
• Partial refunds for in-person courses based on attendance

Processing fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

Certification and Professional Use

Upon successful completion of our courses, you will receive a PSC Academy certificate. This certificate represents completion of our training program but does not guarantee professional licensing, which may be required in your jurisdiction. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations regarding lash extension services.

Limitation of Liability

PSC Academy provides educational services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding career outcomes or business success. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

Termination
